In fact, I'd remove ANY USB device you dont need [eg cams, mice, printers, etc.] when using the above files to get DOS access to your Drives. Good thing the forum has that post data save thing. but im am still not sure about how to realy set them up ther are some exsampels that mostly show with windows, i dont have windows on it. lol I even tried put all of the code from the above post in.

That was for me, I at least understood a computer better. do i need to put a line of code in my autoexec.bat as well like i did with the cdrom? Latest news: The DOS forum is now available! i now have a working cd rom still working on the usb though.

Is there anyone who has any idea what is going wrong ?? So you might say, DOS came and went fast for me, I just really never had the opportunity to fool around with it. Then I looked in it and noticed there are  usbaspi.sys and 2 usbcd.sys files. More about the author One is using what's known as DUSE driver system.
Oddly enough, if you have a USB floppy drive connected to your PC some of these cdrom/hard/zip drive drivers will fail to load or the above bootdisk will fail to work. Try this new Image with updated USB drivers.
